The game takes place in the fictional city of Los Santos in modern times. The plot is divided into three characters:
Michael is a laid–back robber, a family man. Participates in an informal witness protection program. Later in the story, he gets into debt to the don of the Mexican mafia, which is why he is forced to "return to the game."
Trevor is a former US Air Force pilot, now a career criminal. I worked with Michael. The dirtiest of the three. He is an addict, aggressive and extremely violent. He has a criminal enterprise that is engaged in black trade.
The world area of 256 km2 is the second largest in the game world after Just Cause 2. Each car has become individual. Each has its own handling, speed and acceleration. The tuning in the game has become more detailed. There are 1000 modifications available in the game. You can make a cringe out of an ordinary car!
There is also an Internet connection in the game and the characters have mobile phones. You can use them to buy property, stock on the stock exchange, or invite your friends for a walk.
There are still "strange people" in the game, who first appeared in the fourth part. You can take a small task from them and learn more about the life of the city, its inhabitants and their concerns. Some of these tasks are required to complete.
Knowing the success of network mode for GTA:However, the developers decided to add an official network mode. It starts with the player being given the opportunity to create a character in the game and complete a couple of tasks. Later, complete freedom of action. The player can participate in races, try to deliver an important person to their destination with fighter jets on their tail, or play car sumo!
Robberies in the game deserve special attention. Preparatory tasks are required to be completed before the robbery itself. Every robbery is fundamentally different from the others. In one, you will need to steal a military fighter jet from an aircraft carrier, in the other, you will need to collect "bookmarks" pretending to be a garbage truck worker.
The online game regularly receives free updates with new cars, planes, ships and tasks. The latest update has added trackmania-style racing, where you'll need to ride through spirals, walls, and more.
This game was released in 2013, but it is still receiving updates, and the servers are not empty. An interesting and multifaceted plot will not let the player get bored and everyone can find something funny in it for themselves. This game is not for one evening, and maybe not for one year. I bought it last year and still play it today. It's nice to come home after a busy day, sit down for a game and drive around the city at night. Definitely recommend it!
